Let me first start off by saying AJ Davis, Realtor, has been GREAT, Throughout this entire process from start to finish he has been exceptional, professional and consistent. This is my first time buying a home and it was something that I will never forget, as this can be very difficult with all the different unforeseen issues, it was def a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, but let me say this AJ told me he's going to be there with me every step of the way, which he was! from the fist time meeting him at a viewing until the very end when I closed on June 27, 2023. He answered all of my many questions and listened to all of my concerns, explained to me in great detail each and every step of the this life changing event, he was very detailed about the documents I was signing. Took his time and read/went over each and ever paragraph in the documents and what they meant, AJ was definitely God sent, because the other Realtor I was dealing with prior to meeting AJ, did none of the above and I met that Realtor a year ago.
